Re: [orca-list] what's the story with talking manjaro?

I couldn't even get manjaro verbal in live mode or its installer which
happens once you get the live mode going. Whatever accessibility shortcut
may be there is well hidden.

There should be a shortcut to install it. The last I checked it was moved from
a text mode installer, to a more GUI installer because that was easier for
people to handle. I've not run through an install of it on Virtualbox however,
so my info may be out of date, but it absolutely is built on the Architect
format. You do not need Calamaris or whatevr it's called now. It has its own
installer

So, there's a text mode option?  I found Calamers to be silent. How would
someone activate the text mode installer?

Thanks,

It absolutely is possible to install it on your own, I have a VM of it
sitting on my system currently, so I can attest to it being talking and
useable.
