You can install the software center from terminal by typing:
sudo apt install gnome-software gnome-software-plugin-snap gnome-software-plugin-flatpak
That's the easiest way to get it installed.
Jeremy
But I am using Ubuntu mate not gnome.
So is it possible to use Ubuntu software centre on Ubuntu mate system?
Thanks

I used the Ubuntu Software Center on 20.04 when I installed for a client
recently. I didn't have any problem using it with Orca. This was the
regular GNOME version however, not Ubuntu-MATE.
