Actually I am asking it for separate separate applications such as if I want to install VLC media player for telegram desktop application or any other application from app Store.
I know about terminal but I want to use the graphical user interfaces and even I have to teach many other people who do not know no this command line interface properly and they are new to Linux base system.
Hth
Most reliable, use apt from terminal.
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
