You can install the beta or dev channel snaps however, which
isn't much of an issue really however
I've heard rumors that installing Chromium via apt installs the snap in the background, at least in 20.04. Not sure if those are accurate, but if the snap can't be made accessible due to sandboxing, then maybe it's time to give Ubuntu its final `shutdown now`.

I am using Orca 3.36.2 on Ubuntu-mate 20.04.
Once you are done with installing the browser and correct version
of Orca then on the terminal use this command.
chromium-browser --force-renderer-accessibility --enable-caret-browsing
This will open chromium with wonderful accessibility.
I have just tried it and found very impressive.
