for me the command:


chromium-browser --force-renderer-accessibility --enable-caret-browsing


works fine and Chromium is fully accessible.

Please make sure that You have typed all needed flags properly since in 
Your email You are writing "ACCESIBILITY" while it should be 
"ACCESSIBILITY".
