Hi Bittu,
Firstly sudo apt-get install chromium-browser will give you the
browser itself.
I am using Orca 3.36.2 on Ubuntu-mate 20.04.
Once you are done with installing the browser and correct version
of Orca then on the terminal use this command.
chromium-browser --force-renderer-accessibility --enable-caret-browsing
This will open chromium with wonderful accessibility.
I have just tried it and found very impressive.
