Honestly, I wasn't aware of the double tap turning caps lock on and
off and thought it was just Orca glitching whenever it got changed...
and honestly, I wouldn't mind ripping caps lock functionality out at
the OS level if I could as when I do need to type a all caps string, I
find it more natural to just hold shift.

I also confess that I never bother to learn how to use flat review and
was unaware of the num pad having any keybindings, but then again, I
never used the numpad much even when I was using a full keyboard.
