[orca-list] Question about translating plugin

Hello. Does somebody knows, Is it possible to write a little plugin for orca, which will translate all spoken text to choosen language? If yes, how can i do it? where i have to put my scripts to be launched with orca and react to pressed keys, e.g. Some key to select a destination language and some keys to switch on and off automatic translation?
