Hey Nolan.

Thanks! Today I believe I got to the bottom of Orca getting suck in Riot 
in Chromium. Hopefully this is now fixed for you in Orca master. I also 
committed some changes which should use the children-removed events we 
get from Chromium to recover when you wander into the Message Actions 
toolbar.

I still want to find a way to completely prevent one from wandering into 
that thing via caret navigation. (I believe Orca's triggering the 
object's appearance on occasion rather than the Riot developers making 
it popup on our behalf. But I need to do some more debugging on that 
front, and long week was long.)

Anyhoo, hopefully things are improved on the navigation front with Riot 
in Chromium. Please let me know.
