[orca-list] espeak change inflection setting

hello all.

on windows i am using espeak with inflection set to 0.
so i wanted such setting in ocra/spd.

in speech-dispatcher's espeak-ng module config i didn't find such option.

could you please tell me where to control inflection setting?
