[orca-list] A little clarification regarding VSCode

When I am in the editor and activate the menu file, I find two options 
with the same shortcut key (ctrl+w), close editor and close window.

Questions:

1. Which of the two options will be executed if I press ctrl + w?

2. How do I identify the action to be taken?
