As mentioned by Samuel, to reach the people interesting in a
specific topic you should write to the right mailing list. For
example, to reach the most advanced Braille users and contributors
it's better to send a mail to the BRLTTY mailing list. It's mostly a
matter of time and how to receive the relevant information in your
inbox.
