I don't understand why you typing autogen.sh after all commits from github.
I did my configuration file once by autogen.sh and when it's possible
make will do it. And when you will not pass --prefix=/usr you wil
install orca in /usr/local, I don't know, where it's installed on ubuntu
by default.
