ATK doesn't currently support touch screens, but track pads are a
different story. Since a track pad just works a bit like a mouse, it's
not perfect, but Orca's "speak object under mouse" feature helps here.
As mentioned though, it doesn't yet work for touch screens, so you would
at the very least need a track pad or mouse of some sort, and a
connected keyboard would in fact be the best option.
