FWIW, here's a folding keyboard/touchpad combo that supports both Bluetooth and USB. It seems to be about 6" 
x 3.8" x 0.7" when folded and 12" x 3.8" x 0.35 when unfolded:

It occurs to me that it might be possible to use the touchpad for purposes other than screen navigation, but 
that's just speculation at this point...
