I like the idea of copying/pasting with blocks of text, rather
than one line at a time, having to repeat a multi-keystroke
command set. Furthermore, once the start marker is set, you could
even use orca's 'find' key, for setting the end marker. I think
speakup's copy/paste function works this way? Not sure whether
Fenrir has such functions.

Essentially, what I'm saying you'd do is:
1. Using flat review, navigate to the beginning of the text to copy.
2. Press a key, let's call it Orca-[, even though that's likely bound.
3. Use flat review to navigate to the end of the text to copy.
4. Press Orca-].
