Please note that all keybinding in VS Code are customizable, thus you can File > Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts and assign a custom keybinding to the Show Accessibility Help command.

We are also open to change the default keybinding. Would you mind creating an issue in our GitHub page so we have this on the radar. And feel free to ping me @isidorn on the issue.

Agreed. Alt+F1 is a common shortcut to access the applications menu on
the panel is Slint too, probably in other distributions as well.

Maybe Alt+Shift+F1? As far as I know it is used by default neither by
Orca nor by the Mate desktop, at least.
