As I understand it, while there have been massive improvements in
recent years, qt support for Orca is still kind of hit or miss and
that it's recommended to stick to GTK-based applications as much as
possible.

If Ubuntu has dropped LXDE completely in favor of LXQT, I'm not sure
what the best lightweight option for a GTK-based desktop is.
