Hi Folks,
I'm having trouble getting Orca to run on the Raspberry PI. This is a specialized image from git
hub.
I have installed it in an SSH session and gotten
espeak hello and spd-say hellow to work, but using the keyboard on the RPI, I'm
not getting Orca to start.
I thought that the startup wizard was the problem,
so I moved it from:
/etc/xdg/autostart/and rebooted, but Orca still
does not start.
I want to put Orca in /autostart.
I've been looking on-line for the answer, but to no
avail.
I'm trying to find a file called orca.desktop to put into /etc/xdg/autostart/ folder. Is there such a file, and if so, where would it be located, and is this the best way to get Orca to start? I still don't seem to get it to start up and it won't start in an SSH session of course. Thanks. |
