[orca-list] Issue with blueman?

Dear all,

I seem to encounter an accessibility issue with blueman, the manager for
bluetooth devices.

I am able to select a device in the list with the arrow keys but then I
believe I should be able to select an operation on this device with tab,
but that is not the case.

The trick I use to solve this is to choose an operation through the
menus, but it feels a bit less straightforward and intuitive than to use
the buttons if they would be accessible.

Here again, I am willing to submit a bug report where appropriate,
either on orca's side or against blueman.
