Re: [orca-list] Gnome 3.34.0 - Orca reads all events and can not be stopped

One thing is for sure, I haven't been able to use gnome-control-center quite a while.

Unless I have some misunderstanding, the accessibility of this application has been very poor.

Hi,

the same issues are under Xorg, I have xorg after installation and the same issues are here.

And from 3.34.0, I can not access gparted anymore. I enter the password as required, but the app is not accessible after password submit. In Gnome Changelog. is one sentence about big keyboard and mouse accessibility improvements, but the gnome-control-center is absolutelly unusable with keyboard at this time.

I think, that Fedora31 workstation contain vayland and that Vayland is being used instead of Xorg. Why? Because lxtask did not shown Xorg and shown Me xvayland. May be, that it will be necessary to replace Vayland by standard Xorg. But The question is, if is it simply possible by using dnf or other packaging system and if Fedora will not stop work correctly when attempting to reconfigure it so much. Orca have other issue related to auto lost focus. When user uses Pidgin messenger, press CTRL+p to activate The Preferences menu. Orca says dialog window name and after that, focus return to The Pidgin main window with combobox with friends, etc. And Orca frozes for several seconds, when CTRL+p have been pressed and if focus resides on The main Pidgin window. May be, that it is The results of at-spi, that its use produces some hydden issue inside GTK3, but it is only my amateour opinion.
