[orca-list] bug with combobox in amazon

hello,

use orca master with firefox 60.8.0 esr

I just discovered a bug with the combobox list boxes on the amazon site.
in fact, orca activates the list box while it is in navigation mode.

step to reproduce:

1. go to
https://www.amazon.com/s?k=router&s=price-asc-rank&qid=1567885779&ref=sr_st_price-asc-rank
2. press h to have "1-16 of over 5,000 results for "router""
3. get down with the down arrow key a few times

result: the combobox "sort by" is change
expected result: orca must continue to read the page without changing
the combobox.
