I cannot reproduce this using GNOME 3.32 or GNOME 3.34. If you can
reliably reproduce it, please send me a full debug.out.

Using orca 3.34.0 or orca from master try the following steps:
1. Display the preferences page dialog.
2. Change to the voice page tab.
3. Press tab key until you find the person combo box.
4. Change the value of the combo box and immediately return to the
original value.
5.Press shif + tab to go to combo box language.
6. Change the value of this combo.
Expected: Orca should announce the new value of the language combo.
Actual: Orca announces the value of the person combo and the language
combo.
The same is true for the speech synthesizer combo box and the voice type
combo box.
