I have suggestion, that user would have The free dom to choose, if user want
to get info from live regions when focus will not be at The page with live
regions. If user will work with Plum or Mousepad or with other app.
Try to imagine The situation, that user will work at The dispatching centre.
He will have also other work, so if WEB page will not create live ARIA
region with alarme situation, user would work on other documents for
example.
The best situation would be if live region, which will be monitored at The
background could be announced by using other voice that by The voice, which
have been choosen by Orca preferences dialog.
For example, with other Espeak variant voice or by Festival voice.
Because Orca can announce 10 live regions by using INSERT+F1 key and others,
it would be good idea.
The other issue is, if background monitoring will not cause at-spi crashes
if other intensive Orca tasks will being used, such as using flat review
mode. When user must wait some seconds, till Orca will not collect AT_SPI
info from active window.
