Please does somebody of you about commercial or free tools, which can 
perform advanced android device repair operations?
For example when Mediatec chip is being used, some special protocol 
exists which can perform lov level operations including flashing 
firmware. I would like to know, which tools have been used by service 
centres for various phones or Android brands for repair.
Because if somebody would find such tools, visually impaired users could 
work as servicians when only software problem would occur on Android 
device. Sure we can not work like electricity specialists and repair 
hardware corruptions.
I have even read one article which have informed users that it is 
possible to use commands for formatting device partitions if device is 
on debug mode.
