Hi Alex,

the number was meant for indicator that I reached several pages
downward

Here's steps to reproduce
- Open
https://github.com/tvraman/emacspeak/blob/master/info/tutorial.org
- Press 3 twice to go to second 3rd level heading
- Press down arrow once
- Press numpad 8

Expected result
 Orca reads the current focus line

Actual result:
Orca speaks "Menu bar panel"
