[orca-list] Guide on using flat review on Firefox

Hi list,

I'm a bit confuse on how to use flat review when reading a html
document. For example if I visit
https://github.com/tvraman/emacspeak/blob/master/info/tutorial.org
When I use arrow key to navigate, I can view all document. Then, lets
say, I wish to examine a line, I press KP_8 on my numpad. I expect it to
says the line I'm at but it says Menu Bar panel.

When using NVDA, the flat review always follow lines where the arrow key
is at. For example when I use down arrow key to line 200, then when I
press numpad 8, it will says what line 200 is.

Probably orca behave differently. If so, I hope someone can give me a guide.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

System:
Debian 9 stretch
orca 3.25
firefox ESR 60

Best Regards
