My host is Ubuntu 16.04 and I'm using KVM - QEMU with virt-manager for my virtualization software. I have no lags with PulseAudio.

i was able to reduce lag by changing the virtualbox soundcard type

can anyone tell me what the known issues with Ubuntu?

specifically is anyone seeing any sound lag related to pulseaudio?
