[orca-list] updating clamav

I can't seem to be able to update Clamav.

Doing Freshclam from the terminal in Ubuntu Mate 19.4 reads better with 
Orca but it doesn't appear to want to update so I am wondering what 
switch to put.

I have also installed the clamavgtk or gk only I can read the 
information with the orca keystrokes and it tells me an update is 
available only I can't locate the button to accept the update.
