installed from backports and check there for yet another upgrade? I
doubt it. You probably have to type in the command to install from
backports again.
Yes it does, backports are clever :). Orcas has been upgraded to 3.30 on
backports recently, if you were on 3.28 on backports you'll
automatically migrated to the newer version.
