* On one workspace, open an inaccessible program like Google Chrome
* change to another workspace, open a terminal and try executing
command with lot's of text output like fdisk -l
* Back to workspace with Google Chrome opened
Result
* Orca is reading all the terminal output
Expected Result
* Orca is quiet
System
* Debian 9 - Mate
* Orca 3.26
