This should be fixed in master. Orca should announce "no focus" if an
inaccessible window gains focus. And the terminal spewage should stop.
Please test and let me know. Thanks!

Hi All,
I find this interesting behavior of Orca
Steps to reproduce:
* On one workspace, open an inaccessible program like Google Chrome
* change to another workspace, open a terminal and try executing
command with lot's of text output like fdisk -l
* Back to workspace with Google Chrome opened
Result
* Orca is reading all the terminal output
Expected Result
* Orca is quiet
System
* Debian 9 - Mate
* Orca 3.26
Best Regards
