After looking more deeply on the internet, I've found lot of project 
that try to do eye-tracking, see a comparison:

One of the most advanced project seems to be Pupil: https://pupil-labs.com/

A good choice for writing seems to be dasher that has predictive 
feature: http://www.inference.org.uk/dasher/
