Hello Krishnakant,

Why you want only Ubuntu and Mint? Debian seems a better choice for 
accessibility needs. There is a dedicated accessibility team and if you 
encounter any issues, you'll find help and people able to fix them. On 
Ubuntu you can only expect that it works and if not, you'll have 
difficulties to make a11y bugs fixed.
