Hey Alex.
In the past when you were on a link and pressed return to follow the
link, Orca used to get a caret-moved event telling it the position has
been updated. If memory serves me, focus used to also be taken away from
the link.
But now, I'm not seeing any events from Firefox indicating that the
location has changed. Without such events, Orca has no clue that you've
moved. It would be good if Firefox could resume emitting caret-moved
events and removing focus from the focused link. Has someone filed a bug
against Firefox for this?

Hello all,
Environment:
- Debian Sid
- Firefox 60.0.1 with e10s enabled
- Orca master
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open this page: https://github.com/themix-project/oomox
2) Go to the line with the link "Arch Linux, Manjaro"
3) Press return on the link
Result: Orca stays on the link
Expected result: Orca should move on the anchor
Best regards.
