When opening the activities overview, Orca fails to announce the search
field that gains focus.
1. Go to the Gnome 3.28.2 on xorg desktop environment.
2. Press super, or press the activities button in the top bar.
Result: Orca announces "Window."
Expected result: Orca announces the search field that gains focus.
Fedora 28.2, Gnome 3.28.2, Orca 3.29.4 pre.
