Re: [orca-list] Please test option to always speak selected cell range in Calc

Hi,

**3. Press HOME to return to cell A1.
Result: orca remains silent.**

I can confirm this, it seems the case for all first cell in a row.

** 4. Select A1 and B1.
Result: Orca announces the deselection of the previous selection (A1 through C1) and never announces the new selection (A1 through B1).**
I cannot confirm this in Ubuntu 18.04 LibreOffice 6.05.2, Orca speaks the new selected cells correctly.

1. What did I get right?
The announcement of the selected cells is exactly on target. In reverse, the deselection of selected cells and cell ranges is on target. Thus, nothing to do here.
 2. What did I get wrong?
After selecting a range of cells, then moving away from the selection -- selecting A1 through C3, then returning to A1 never indicates that A1 through C3 remains selected. This is confusing because the intended behavior is unclear. Should the range remain selected, or should it become deselected? The next item is selecting a range of cells. When selecting the range of cells, returning to cell A1, then starting a new selection, orca announces the deselection, but never announces the new selection. See the following for an example.

1. Create a spreadsheet with the following row: A1 name, B1 number, C1 address.
2. Select A1 through C1.
3. Press HOME to return to cell A1.
Result: orca remains silent.
Expected result: Orca reads the contents of the new cell and deselects the current selection.
4. Select A1 and B1.
Result: Orca announces the deselection of the previous selection (A1 through C1) and never announces the new selection (A1 through B1).
Expected result: Orca announces the new (now the current selection) A1 through B1.

Fedora 28.2, Calc 6.0.3.2, Gnome 3.28.2, Orca 3.29.4 pre.
