1. What should Orca say if a bunch of cells are selected, and only one    more becomes selected?
[starting cell of selected range] through [last cell in selected range].
Example: if A1 through C1 are the selected cells, Orca should say "A1 through C2 selected" If pressing 
SHIFT+down arrow. It should say "A1 through D1 selected" if pressing SHIFT+right arrow.

2. What should Orca say if a bunch of cells are selected, and only one cell less becomes selected?
The same as above: [starting cell of selected range] through [last cell in selected range]. The only 
difference is that the selected range of cells shrinks instead of expands.
