[orca-list] What is a large object?

Orca has a shortcut key for going to the next large object. What is a 
large object? I know what a blob is but that wouldn't apply to a web 
browser. Googling for large object turns up stuff about blobs. I am 
going to guess that a large object to orca is a long string of 
characters with no white space.
