Hello,
I can't preciselly describe what is a large object but I am using this functionality to jump over a group of links or some other interactive controls.
It has been discussed a few weeks ago if you would like to get more details.
Also I guess orca documentation might have some good info.

Orca has a shortcut key for going to the next large object. What is a large object? I know what a blob is but that wouldn't apply to a web browser. Googling for large object turns up stuff about blobs. I am going to guess that a large object to orca is a long string of characters with no white space.
