Also, in /etc/brltty.conf, make sure disable api is uncommented, and set
to "off". That was the problem with Fedora.

Check for the presence of /etc/brlapi.key and ensure that it is readable by
the user who invokes Orca. This is the usual problem; distributions are
supposed to set this up correctly, but I don't know whether OpenSuse does. The
number of Orca users running OpenSuse is likely to be very small.
