[orca-list] Orca master isn't speaking GNOME's run dialog

Running the latest master on Fedora 24, I notice that when I press 
alt-f2, I no longer hear the contents of the Run dialog. Keys that I 
type are echoed, but tabbing produces no feedback, nor is the dialog 
read when it appears.

I've run various system updates, but I assume that F24 isn't getting 
GNOME updates that are likely breaking this. Is the debug.out at all 
helpful in figuring out what's happening here?
