[orca-list] LibreOffice Writer: page dialog: when I open the dialog orca announces the title two time, for frame and for dialog

Dear all,

Environment:
- Debian Sid
- LibreOffice 5.4
- Orca master

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open LibreOffice
2) Go to format, page with the keyboard

Result: Orca announces "page style default style frame" and "page style 
default style dialog"
Expected result: Orca should only announce one of the two previous 
information.

FYI, If I click with the mouse on the page menu item Orca announces only 
"page style default style dialog"
