[orca-list] caps lock sometimes gets turn on auto in fedora 25 with orca 3.22.1

Hi,
if i set the orca to other than caps lock, this issue will not happen.
If i set orca key as caps lock, sometimes when i am typing, it will
become capital letters instead of small letters, causing problems
especially when inputing password. Can anyone confirm this? using orca
3.22.1, fedora 25 fresh install.
