Here is how to turn off capslock when you want capslock off. Hold down shift then hit capslock then release both capslock and shift keys. I found this one by accident. Hi, if i set the orca to other than caps lock, this issue will not happen. If i set orca key as caps lock, sometimes when i am typing, it will become capital letters instead of small letters, causing problems especially when inputing password.
