Howdy, If you sign up with 2mb.social, there is a twitter bridge in place, so you should be able to follow people on twitter and interact with them. Note that Twitter doesn't like this very much, and they have a habbit of breaking their API to get rid of 3rd parties, so I can't guarantee this will work always, but as far as I know it works currently. You can follow me, https://social.stormdragon.tk/storm and you will gain other followers in a short time, GNU Social seems to be growing exponentially recently as twitter does more and more to drive away users.
