As I mentioned in another post, Manjaro updates usually come out in batches, once a week there's a large set
of updates rolled out.
This was always my experience anyway, but I do not have a workinig Manjaro based system here with me to
verify that this behavior is still the norm,
i.e. I cut way down on my F123 use since I started having problems with speakup working along side of Orca.
Judging by past behavior you should see thihs weeks updates, most of them anyway, today or tomorrow as you
say.
Good luck.

Hi Luke,
Does Manjaro get it from Archlinux?
Manjaro seems to hold most updates for a few days and do one major benge update once a week, or at least
did for the year or so I was regularly running
a manjaro based release.
These big updates happened on Friday or Saturday for me as I recall.
Then a few things trickled in over the next day or two, many seemed to be minor updates to a package that
was updated with the big batch.
Mark, what GUI are you running on your arch box?
I have had to start Orca on and off since I first installed it on Arch, can't remember whether Mate or
XFCE was more likely to need a nudge in the
beginning.
With my fluxbox based GUI I've usually had to manually start or restart orca first run after a reboot, but
it starts on its own if I restart a graphical
session after that, i.e. log out/shutdown the gui and then restart it later.
Things may have gotten a bit worse the last several days. I think I've had to manually start orca a few
times even after restarting the GUI.
I've run orca master almost exclusively for the last couple of years, might try the stable release for a
few days soon.
