Yes, exactly. I have some Linux administration experience thanks to having
worked on my own systems and those of friends - almost all of it carried out
via ssh, which will work well with either Speakup or Orca and Gnome-Terminal
(or with a braille display, of course).

Remote access to graphical desktop environments is not currently possible.
However, servers won't be running graphical tools at all - or, at least, they
shouldn't be.
