Really capital info! Great Kyle thanks! We should write a fully manual
for Audacity via keyboard for visual-impaired, I've not found anything
about it (any tutorial).
Last question: if 2 tracks are not perfectly synchronized, how do you do
to "push" one so that it synchronizes with the other? I tried inserting
silence, but given that the dialog is not accessible, I inserted stupid
things. An idea?

You can play the file the whole time. While playing, press the opening
bracket to start the selection. Keep playing and then press the closing
bracket to stop the selection. Press the space bar to stop playback. The
next time you press the space bar, it will play your selection. Adjust
the selection while playback is stopped. Hope it helps.
