Your best bet is probably to use the packaged version of Orca as usual
and build the other version you intend to run from source and install
it in /usr/local. You could then define your own set of shortcut keys,
one to run '/usr/bin/orca --replace' and the other to run
'/usr/local/bin/orca --replace'. Hope this helps.
